How we scope and handle roof work
We check the damaged area before explaining which parts need work. A leak, slipped tile or worn flashing may need a repair. Failed underlayment may require lift and relay work, while a worn covering may need full replacement.
Lift and relay means we take the tile off, strip and replace the underlayment and repair any damaged decking. We restack your original tile when it is still sound enough to reuse.
Sales estimates are free, and a detailed inspection or written report is a separate paid service. We inspect roofs for buyers in escrow who want the condition checked. An insurer may also require an inspection before it renews or writes coverage.
We take on both residential and commercial roofs. Our roofing services run from small repair jobs to a full roof replacement. We also help property owners pull a roofing permit from the city when the job needs one.
